From 2019 to 2023, he led Katapult Group as CEO, doubling its impact tech investments to 170 companies, raising record-sized funds, expanding globally, and launching an African branch.

Previously, he served as CEO of Oslo Business Region, transforming it into a leading tech startup ecosystem builder and growing Oslo Innovation Week into a sustainability-focused event with over 13,000 participants.
As Managing Partner of Tomorrow Today, he has backed over 90 tech startups, prioritizing female-led ventures.

He also writes on venture trends and sustainability for platforms like Shifter.no and holds multiple board positions, including with Polyteknisk Forening.
